By making this purchase, you agree to the following terms & conditions.
1. Payment and Refunds
Full payment is required upon booking.
No refunds will be given, unless in exceptional circumstances. If some work has already been done and a refund is requested and approved, Moolah Digital will refund the entire amount minus a $30 admin fee.
2. Rescheduling your session
Both the “Step Up” and “Next Level” website audits require a one-on-one Zoom video call between Moolah Digital and the client.
Upon making payment and prior to any work commencing, you must book in your Zoom call via a booking link which will be provided to you.
If you need to reschedule your session, you must give at least 48 hours notice and you will be given a link to rebook your session.
If you give less than 48 hours notice, you will be invoiced an additional admin charge of $30, due before your rescheduled session. If payment or receipt of payment is not provided in time, your session will be cancelled.
3. Timeliness and Providing Required Information
For both the “Step Up” and “Next Level” website audits, you must provide your website and analytics access details and complete your pre-audit questionnaire before your video call(s) are booked and before auditing commences.
For the “Next Level” website audit, once we’ve completed our initial video/phone call with you, we will endeavour to complete your final report within 10 working days.
Moolah Digital has the right to send no more than 3x follow-up emails for required information.
If you do not join your scheduled video call within 15 minutes of the scheduled start time, Moolah Digital have the right to cancel the call and no refund will be given, nor will the call be rescheduled. For the “Step Up” Website Audit, Moolah Digital will still provide a summary of issues and recommendations identified in PDF format using the information they do have. For the “Next Level” Website Audit, Moolah Digital will still provide the final report using the information they do have.
For the “Mini Website Audit”, you will receive your walkthrough video within 7 working days of making payment.
While Moolah Digital strongly believe that the advice they give as part of their website audits should produce tangible results (such as increased traffic, increased leads and sales, etc) we do not guarantee that you will receive these results.
The world of digital marketing is a complex one and requires putting in a lot of time or effort or being willing to outsource the work to trusted professionals.
In working together, it is extremely important that the relationship is built on trust. As such Moolah Digital is committed to the utmost confidentiality. All information (written or verbal) that the Client shares with Moolah Digital, and vice-versa, as part of this relationship will be kept confidential unless disclosure is required for staff, external parties or sub-contractors to fulfil services as part of this agreement, or if required by law (such as fear for your or another person’s safety or through a court order or subpoena).
Moolah Digital agrees to keep details of all sessions, strategies and plans, content, ideas, passwords, logins, client information, and associated data that is shared for purposes required to complete the contracted services confidential during and after the period of this agreement.
While Moolah Digital will do their best to maintain security and confidentiality of all information shared, the Consultant takes no responsibility for the security of information shared via third-party applications such as email providers or social media platforms which may be accessible to third-parties.
Moolah Digital may share the nature of the meetings or service requests with another professional for the purpose of Moolah Digital seeking advice or guidance on how to best be of service.
Recordings will not be made public without Moolah Digital receiving permission from the client first.
